Icing Sugar

  Ingredients:-

Sugar Powder & Cornflour

 
     
  Direction Of Use:-

 Icing Sugar:

Hard Icing : Beat two egg whites & mix 100g Icing Sugar & juice of 1/8 of lemon. Beat well until mixture becomes tick & light.

Chocolate Icing : Melt 0g Dark chocolate. Add 100g Monoliz Icing Sugar & Juice of 1/8 Lemon. Beat well unitl Mixture become thick & light.

Butter Icing Mix : Take 30g butter added 100g. Monoliz Icing sugar, Mix well add required flavour Colour.

Glace Icing Mix : Mix 100g Monaliz Icing sugar with enough warm water of juice to coat back of a spoon. Add required flavour and colour.

Orange Glace Icing : Mix Icing Sugar with warm orange Juice Instead of water. Add a few drop of Lemon Colour & essence.
